US$ 60 per call-out for sites more than 10 km away from Ozti Base Workshop.

US$ 100 per call-out for sites more than 10 km away from Ozti Base Workshop.
After Hours
Maintenance Contract holders:
25% increase on Office Hour rate.
Non-Maintenance Contract holders:
50% increase on Office Hour rate.
Sundays
Maintenance Contract holders:
50% increase on Office Hour rate.
Non-Maintenance Contract holders:
100% increase on Office Hour rate.
The call out fee is inclusive of: Transport to and from the Ozti Base Workshop to the site of installed equipment. Labour performed for the first hour of work on site.
